We know how important the client/designer relationship is to the ultimate success of each project, and have worked hard to make the process easy, pleasant and satisfying, starting with an open and careful dialogue. Your project moves forward one significant step at a time, because it is unreasonable to expect you to make every interior design decision for a complex design at one sitting. We are constantly focused on meeting your goals.
When you contact us with a design challenge or request, we will have a brief but specific telephone discussion about your needs, followed by an appointment in your home or office to outline purpose, goals, priorities and budget. Should you not have yet established a budget, we will help you to do so, since we cannot commence a project without both a clear understanding of the end result you desire, and the resources you wish to allocate to it.
