When you contact us with a design challenge or request, we will have a brief but specific telephone discussion about your needs, followed by an in-home appointment to outline purpose, goals, priorities and budget. Should you not have yet established a budget, we will help you to do so, since we cannot commence a project without both a clear understanding of the end result you desire, and the resources you wish to allocate to it.
