I am a 25 year Naples resident with a license for Home Checking and over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. My clients are located from Pelican Bay area to Old Naples, Bonita Bay, Colliers Reserve and Kings Lake.
Knowing many Naples residents are temporary, I realize that "Home Checking" is an essential service. Some of the services I provide are:
1. Checking residence while owners are away making certain that doors and window are secured, plus looking for signs of damage or leaks after any type of storm. If repairs are needed, I have a strong background in contracting and I assist clients with locating service companies or repair men.
2. Making home ready for arrival. I will arrange for house cleaning, inside and out, shop for immediate groceries, and arrange for airport pickup or car deliveries.
My rates are very reasonable. I only charge for those services provided. The owners decide how often they would like for me to check.
