In preparation for Tropical Storm Fay, we wanted to contact you to provide you with some convenient information regarding the home you are currently leasing.

 

While Tropical Storm Fay continues to be a weak and unorganized storm, at JB and Associates we like to hope for the best, and prepare for the worst.  If your home has shutters on site, please be aware that per your lease, once a Tropical Storm or Hurricane Warning is issued, it is your responsibility to install the shutters to protect your home.  All of Southwest Florida is currently under either a Tropical Storm or Hurricane Watch, so please be sure to install the shutters as soon as possible.  If you need help having these installed, you may contact the following vendors (at your expense):
