Great News for most.....Tropical Storm Fay stayed true to her name..a Tropical Storm.  Basically this means we did not exceed winds in most places of 45 mph.  Though we had heavy rains(4-8 inches in some areas), there was very little flooding.  If you have any questions at this time about your property or your tenants, please feel free to email me at jay@jbsellsfl.com
