There are tons of printers and if you currently have a printer you should occasionally get price comparisons.  Don't you price comparison other areas of your company?  This is an area that you could also save money.  It is not inconvenient to just simply send an e-mail to a different printer as the same e-mail you send to the printer you are currently using.  Compare "apples to apples" and use the exact e-mail both times.
