HERE’S HOW IT WORKS: Your deposit is held in trust in an interest bearing escrow account through First American Title Co. Once construction is ready to commence an additional 5% deposit is required and you will then be locked in to a purchase will be required to show how you intend to purchase your share. Escrow will close when construction is completed and Surfers Point Resort has received a certificate of completion from the city of Encinitas.
